Frequently Asked

Straight answers.
No fluff.

The real questions from real researchers. If something’s not here, hit us up — we’ll add it.

What does “research use only” actually mean?
It means our compounds are sold for laboratory research and investigational purposes only. Not for human consumption, not for veterinary use, not for food, and not as a therapeutic product. This isn’t legal theater — it’s the actual category these compounds fall under. Treat it seriously.
How do I verify the purity of what I’m buying?
Every product page has its Certificate of Analysis posted publicly. Click the product, scroll to the COA section, open the PDF. You’ll see the batch number, test methodology (HPLC, mass spec), and the actual purity percentage. No forms. No emails. No “contact us for details.” If it ships, the paperwork is live.
Where are these compounds made and tested?
Every vial we ship is tested by independent USA-based laboratories before it leaves our facility. Testing is third-party — meaning the lab running the analysis has no financial stake in the outcome. That’s how you get an honest number.
What’s the actual purity standard?
Greater than 99%. Not “typically 98–99.” Not “minimum 98.” Greater than 99, every batch, verified on the COA. If a batch tests below that, it doesn’t ship.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm CT typically ship same-day. Everything else ships next business day. You’ll get a tracking number the moment it’s out the door.
Do you ship internationally?
US only for now. International shipping for research compounds involves customs rules that vary wildly by country — we’d rather say no than ship something that gets seized. If that changes, it’ll be posted here first.
How should I store peptides after delivery?
Lyophilized (unreconstituted) peptides are stable at room temperature for weeks and best stored in the freezer long-term. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within the stability window specific to that compound. The product page for each compound notes storage specifics.
Can you reconstitute my order for me?
No. Reconstitution is part of the research process — how much diluent, what concentration, when — and that’s the researcher’s call, not ours. We ship lyophilized. You handle the rest.
Can you consult on protocols, dosing, or stacks?
No. We don’t give protocol, dosing, or stacking advice — not because we’re being cagey, but because that’s outside what a supplier should be doing. For research planning, the compound product pages, the upcoming Peptide Calculator, and published literature are your starting points.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through our processor at checkout. Additional payment options will be added as they come online — watch this space.
Will my order arrive discreetly?
Yes. Plain outer packaging, no product names or logos on the exterior. The shipping label will reference LFG Labz as the sender.
What’s your return policy?
Research compounds aren’t returnable once the seal is broken — that’s industry-standard for chain-of-custody reasons. If a product arrives damaged, wrong, or fails to match its COA, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. That’s not a policy line — that’s a commitment.
