Refund and Returns Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research compounds and in accordance with strict quality control, contamination prevention, and regulatory compliance standards, all sales are final. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Every product is manufactured, tested, and packaged under controlled conditions to ensure purity and integrity. Returned products cannot be reintroduced into inventory. This policy exists to protect the research community and the integrity of every batch we ship.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lfglabz.com with the following: your order number, a description of the issue, and photo documentation of the damage or incorrect item. We will review all claims and resolve confirmed issues with a replacement shipment at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery confirmation will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address on file.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for fulfillment. Once a fulfillment confirmation is issued, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at info@lfglabz.com if you need to request a cancellation.

Research Use Acknowledgment

By placing an order with LFG Labz, you confirm that all products are purchased strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes. Products are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary consumption. Any use outside of research purposes is the sole responsibility of the buyer. LFG Labz assumes no liability for misuse or improper handling of compounds after delivery.

These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
